Data collected through the contact form

When you use the contact form on this site, we collect the data you voluntarily provide: first name, last name, email address, phone number (optional) and the text of your message. This data is used exclusively to respond to your request and is not used for marketing purposes or shared with third parties, except as indicated in the following section.

Legal basis and retention

Processing is based on the explicit consent you provide by selecting the relevant checkbox when submitting the form (Art. 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679). Data collected through the contact form is retained for as long as necessary to handle your request and, thereafter, for a maximum of 24 months, unless a different retention period is required by law.

Third-party services

To protect the contact form from automated spam, we use Cloudflare Turnstile, an anti-bot verification service provided by Cloudflare, Inc. When the form is submitted, certain technical session data (such as IP address and browser information) is processed by Cloudflare solely to distinguish a human user from an automated bot. The site also loads the “Familjen Grotesk” typeface directly from Google Fonts‘ servers (Google Ireland Limited). This means your device’s IP address is transmitted to Google when the page loads. You can read Google’s privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

The site is hosted on Hostinger‘s servers, which acts as data processor for the technical data required to provide the hosting service.

Cookies

This site does not use profiling, analytics or marketing cookies. Any cookies present are strictly necessary for the site’s technical operation (for example, to remember the selected language or, for those logging into the admin area, to keep the session authenticated) and do not require prior consent under applicable law.

Your rights

As a data subject, you have the right, at any time, to request from SPIRA S.r.l., as Data Controller:

  • access to your personal data (Art. 15 GDPR);
  • rectification or completion of your data (Art. 16 GDPR);
  • erasure of your data, in the cases set out in Art. 17 GDPR;
  • restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR);
  • data portability (Art. 20 GDPR);
  • objection to processing (Art. 21 GDPR).

You can exercise these rights by writing to info@studiospira.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, garanteprivacy.it) if you believe that the processing violates applicable law.
